‘Auntie Margaret’ as we used to call her when we were young, was a lovely soul and a great personality. Quick to laugh and so with a natural ability to have the room in stitches through a seemingly innocuous comment. Broadstairs holidays, Sunday cricket and Xmas day drinks. Fond memories. Steve

Dear Margaret - we have been friends for 50 years & it has been a pleasure to spend time with you. Your sense of fun always shone through. You had a knack of saying something that could be interpreted two ways - much to the amusement of those around you - never more so than the evenings spent with friends at Hanwell Cricket Club. I never ever heard a cross or derogatory word from you. I treasure the time spent on two family holidays in Broadstairs, many Christmas mornings, when you came to stay with me and our days out. You will be missed. Tam Hicks

Aunt Margaret was a true lady whom i loved very much. She was kind consideate and had a fabulous sense of humour. She never judged me and was very supportive of evrrything i did. She was so elegant and beautiful and im thankful she was my aunt. Sleep tight in Peters arms. A love match made in heaven. Love Maureen x
